Petersburg is a charming, historic town established in 1814 and posted to the National Historic Register in 1985. It lies within Lincoln and Marshall Counties in the U.S. state of Tennessee. The population was 528 at the 2020 census.
The Regularly Scheduled meeting of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen is the first Tuesday after the first Monday of every month, at 6:00 pm, unless otherwise scheduled or cancelled.
